GLAPD launches new logo
Board members are working with Council of Advisors’ experts to create brand awareness for GLAPD. It is our goal to create brand recognition and brand recall, to help potential members, government agencies, the media, potential partners and other stakeholders to understand our services and promote peace transformation and two-way dialogue as well as participatory community development values.
Our tasks have included creating a logo that is a visual trademark that identifies the brand, a slogan that represents our vision, and graphics that help capture attention and symbolise our values. Many volunteers, including Nick Shine (who lives in Sweden) and Sue Liu from Zulu Communications have contributed to the process. We now have a logo and a website, and are building culturally appropriate collateral materials to help us spread the word about GLAPD to a wide range of stakeholders.
