GLAPD’s Louise Whelan has received a “Highly Commended” award at the National Portrait Prize.
GLAPD is delighted to announce that photographer Louise Whelan, who serves on the Council of Advisors, has received a “Highly Commended” award at the National Portrait Prize. Louise is a social documentary photographer who is documenting all the different ethnic groups that make up Australia for the State and National libraries.
