GLAPD Int. has partnered with Poise Coaching & Consulting to deliver career development workshops to interested people from the African Great Lakes community as well as the wider Australian community. POISE Coaching & Consulting is specialised in empowering individuals, organisations and communities in their pursuit for excellence. POISE areas of expertise include CV preparation, addressing selection criteria, interview tips, finding clarity on your passion, skills and career direction, securing a job promotion or salary increase and many more.

GLAPD Int. established a partnership with Wetherill Park TAFE that can benefit migrants and refugees from the Great Lakes region by building their capacity in skills development to be able to compete on the labour market and get jobs.
